Returns & Exchanges
At Halima’s Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please read the information below before sending anything back.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging, where applicable
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or washing may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
Before returning an item, please contact Halima’s Fashion and include your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order. Halima’s Fashion is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or product, please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected to make sure it meets our return conditions.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the applicable payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, where applicable
We will review the issue and provide you with the appropriate next steps.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise no longer in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
